With over a century of heritage, Baker Hughes partners with customers in oil and gas, industrial sectors, and emerging energy markets to accelerate progress toward a more sustainable energy future **Fuel your passion** **Financial Specialist** to support financial operations and reporting activities related to transactions governed by a **Transfer Service Agreement (TSA)**.: * Process financial transactions in accordance with the terms outlined in the Transfer Service Agreement. * Understanding and interpret applicable Enterprise Standards, SOP and Process Maps to deliver globally financial process/accounting services. * Elaborating proposals for improvement in approaches, methods, procedures and processes in the function. * Identify opportunities to streamline TSA transaction workflows and reporting processes. * Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered. * Assist in transitioning financial processes as the TSA winds down or services migrate. **To be successful in this role you will:** * Educational degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline from an accredited university or college. * Have strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and internal control frameworks. * Have strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey financial information to diverse stakeholders. * Be comfortable working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven, global environment. **Work in a way that works for you*
