Join an organization that ensures a more secure world through connecting and protecting our customers with inventive electrical solutions. **WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:** * Serve as a trusted advisor to the General Manager and leadership team, helping drive growth, profitability, and performance. * Lead annual planning, forecasts, and business performance reviews. * Translate financial data into clear insights and actions that drive results. * Drive value creation initiatives including margin improvement, working capital optimization, and cash flow performance. * Lead financial modeling, scenario planning, and M&A support, including integration activities. * Strengthen reporting and planning through automation, analytics, and process improvement. * Provide leadership on investment decisions, pricing, and capital allocation. * Build and develop a high-performing finance team and influence across a global, matrixed organization. **YOU HAVE:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
