Find gaps between budget and actuals

Attend Teams meetings with client
Attend late evening meetings/calls
Keep track of PO spent
Keep track of resource time cost
Resource allocation tracking

This position is working for Prudentia, part of the Primevigilance and Ergomed Group. Come and join us in this exciting journey to make a positive impact in patient’s lives. • Support Project Managers in managing finance of multiple projects. • Coordination with vendors, Project team and finance team for timely receipt and posting of transactions. • Budgeting and tracking the budget spend monthly, annually or complete life of the project. • Find gaps if any between budget and actuals each month, ensure the gap is minimal. • Attend Teams meetings with client, project manager and portfolio managers who are USA based. • Attend late evening meetings/calls to accommodate time zone gap between India and USA. • Work in US hours • Keep track of PO spent and resource time cost. • Resource allocation tracking. ## Qualifications • 4+ years of experience in Finance and Accounts • Good written & oral communication skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Good decision-making skills and customer focus • Great team player
