Bachelor's degree in Finance, 5+ years accounts receivable experience, 5+ years billing operations experience, 5+ years order-to-cash processes experience, Demonstrated operational readiness experience, Demonstrated process launches experience, Demonstrated change management experience, Understanding of invoicing workflows, Understanding of collections workflows, Understanding of cash application workflows, Understanding of dispute resolution workflows, Ability to manage multiple projects, Proficiency in ERP systems, Proficiency in SAP, Proficiency in Oracle, Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Nice to Have
Master's degree in Business Administration, Master's degree in Finance, Master's degree in Operations Readiness, 7+ years operations management experience, 7+ years risk management experience, Experience translating complex data, Familiarity with Lean methodologies, Familiarity with Six Sigma methodologies, Familiarity with compliance frameworks, Familiarity with audit processes, Experience building scalable mechanisms, Experience building SOPs, Experience building operational KPIs, Proficiency in SQL, Proficiency in AI
