As **Finance Operations and Strategy Manager,** you will set up how elasticStage runs financially end-to-end in a future-back, AI-native way. You will design backwards from how the finance function should operate at 10x scale, then build what is needed to get us there. elasticStage is building the future of on-demand physical music manufacturing and fulfilment, scaling through a capital-intensive model that deploys over £15M annually in state-of-the-art facilities, automation, manufacturing machines and R&D to bring our factory of the future to life.
