Amazon's WW Operations Finance FP&A team is seeking a Finance Manager to join our Operations Insights, Planning, Analytics and Technology (IPAT) team. This is a highly visible role supporting VP-level leaders, with primary focus on financial planning and analytics, driving automation and process improvement, and governance and data quality initiatives. As a member of the IPAT team, you will partner with World Wide Operations teams to set up scalable processes and controls, owning the governance framework while collaborating with stakeholders across operations, supply chain, finance, and other support teams. You'll use data analysis to ensure leaders have the most up-to-date, reliable information to make the best possible financial decisions. Your financial insights will directly enable faster delivery times, improved customer experience, and network expansion that serves millions of customers daily. The successful candidate will have exceptional communication and analytical skills, with the ability to dive deep and succinctly communicate findings to senior leaders. This role requires operating with a high degree of autonomy in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, demonstrating comfort with ambiguity and holding a high bar on professional integrity.
