Must Have
5+ years tax, finance, or analytical field experience, 5+ years multiple finance and accounting roles experience, 6+ years Accounts Receivable or Account Payable experience, 6+ years applying financial KPIs to analyses experience, 6+ years building financial and operational reports experience, 6+ years creating process improvements with automation experience, 6+ years participating in continuous improvement projects experience, Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or related analytical field
Nice to Have
6+ years identifying incomplete or inaccurate data experience, 6+ years solving complex business challenges with financial models experience, MBA or CPA preferred, SQL/ETL knowledge preferred, Experience with large-scale data mining and reporting tools, Experience with financial systems

Drive core financial process for WW FBA
Manage month-end close
Manage annual operating plans
Manage 3-year strategic plan
Manage long range plan
Manage Monthly/Quarterly business reviews
Generate insights from financial data
Identify opportunities for greater efficiency
Communicate findings with leadership team
Build in depth knowledge of 3rd party seller
Help business teams reducing cost to serve
Lead complex financial analysis
Engage cross functional teams
Help leadership in shaping future decisions
