Must Have
8+ years tax, finance or analytical field experience, 3+ years advanced Excel proficiency, 6+ years Accounts Receivable or Account Payable experience, 6+ years applying financial KPIs to analyses, 6+ years building financial and operational reports, 6+ years creating process improvements with automation, 5+ years directly managing and leading a team of 5+ members
Nice to Have
6+ years continuous improvement projects experience, 6+ years identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, 6+ years mentoring junior finance team members, 3+ years working with senior staff, MBA or CPA, Experience with large-scale data mining and reporting tools
