This role is essential to ensure financial compliance and integrity in statutory reporting. Further responsibilities include: * Lead a diverse team through promotion of continuous learning and improvement, culture of innovation, and team synergy to support team and organizational goals. * Strategically plan and develop team’s initiatives associated KPIs in ensuring clear alignment towards achieving the overall organizational goals. * Managing the execution of compliant and efficient statutory financial audits * Evaluating, maintaining and improving the efficiency of financial and statutory accounting processes * Reviewing statutory financial statements and audit pack for accuracy and compliance with local statutory accounting standards and regulations * Executing on audit requests by working closely with functional team, operations, tax, legal, company secretary and finance * investigating any audit issue to allow resolution with supporting documentation * Monitoring analytical support, and variance analysis for S2G Walk **Fuel your passion** * 12 - 15 years with 7 - 10 years people leader’s experience. * Hands-on experience in Statutory and Financial Reporting * Comprehensive knowledge of IFRS and OHADA * Strong experience in financial analysis and analytical review of account movements and exceptions. * Exposure to support in internal and external audits. * Experience in Mana
