Amazon’s North American Customer Fulfillment (NACF) Finance is looking for a Finance Manager to be the trusted finance partner supporting finance transformation initiatives. Amazon operates the most complex retail networks in the world, delivering billions of packages to hundreds of millions of homes and businesses annually – and we have nearly doubled the size of our fulfillment network over the last two years! Success in Role: You know the NACF Finance Organization, and their stakeholders business processes, mechanisms, and tools to support the business. You use this awareness to advocate and deliver improvements to internal processes, tools, and customer experience enabling new insights and improved business support. You leverage appropriate resources to deep dive and make recommendations and influence leaders. You formulate how to deliver improvements and execute at scale. You play an active role in recruiting and coaching others – on your team or other teams. You leverage your deep knowledge of the business to be a change agent for the organization. This role will require some technical expertise with SQL, Advanced Excel, and Quicksight.
