Must Have
Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or Tax, 8 to 12 years of progressive experience, At least 3 years in a senior leadership role, Proven track record in a PE-backed and/or global SaaS environment, Hands-on experience with IFRS 15, Solid background in multi-jurisdictional tax compliance, Deep knowledge of Belgian GAAP, Deep knowledge of IFRS, Deep knowledge of Belgian tax regulations, NetSuite ERP experience, Outstanding Excel skills
Nice to Have
Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA or RA, Prior interim or consultancy experience
What You'll Do.
Lead the monthly close
Sign off on reconciliations
Ensure quality across all entities
Ensure Belgian GAAP and IFRS reporting requirements are
Act as escalation point for complex accounting judgements
Collaborate with FP&A
Own global tax compliance
Manage transfer pricing documentation
Manage intercompany arrangements
Oversee VAT compliance
Coordinate with external advisors on US SALT obligations
Serve as single point of contact for external
Own audit documentation
Own resolution of audit findings
Maintain year-round audit readiness
Ensure financial packs meet PE investor-grade standards
Lead and support the accounting team
quality and knowledge transfer
multi-currency consolidation
Ensure statutory reporting obligations are met
