What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in finance / accounting. 5–8 years of progressive finance or accounting experience. High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Analytical skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights. Effective communicator with the ability to partner cross-functionally.
Nice to Have
Master’s degree and/or certificated accountant designation a plus. Experience with financial consolidation systems (e.g., OneStream, Hyperion) preferred. Experience working with integrated ERP systems, D365 a plus.

The Finance Manager, Canada provides financial and analytical support for the assigned country/region, leading a team of five and ensuring effective operations aligned with business objectives.
This role is accountable for monthly financial reporting in accordance with U.S.
and local GAAP, supporting budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting, and ad hoc financial analysis, while partnering with stakeholders to support sound business decision-making and financial discipline.
