We are seeking a Finance Manager to support the Global Purchasing Program (GPP). This role sits at the intersection of strategic finance partnership and artificial intelligence — you will serve as the trusted financial advisor to GPP leadership while simultaneously championing an AI-first approach to transform how finance enables and accelerates decisions at global scale. The ideal candidate combines deep business partnering instincts with a passion for leveraging AI/ML to unlock insights, drive efficiency, and elevate the strategic impact of finance within the GPP ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Finance Business Partnering GPP - Serve as the primary finance partner to Global Purchasing Program leaders — providing strategic financial counsel on investment decisions, cost optimization, vendor economics, and program scalability - Own the financial planning cycle for GPP including annual operating plans, long-range forecasts, and quarterly business reviews with a focus on purchasing spend, savings targets, and program ROI - Deliver insightful variance analysis, bridge walks, and executive narratives that connect business performance to broader P&L and cash flow outcomes - Proactively identify financial risks and opportunities within the GPP portfolio — surfacing trade-offs and recommendations to leadership - Partner cross-functionally with vendor managers, in-stock managers, product, and Category teams to ensure financial alignment on initiatives - Influence program prioritization and resource allocation through rigorous financial frameworks and business case development - Support due diligence and financial evaluation of new purchasing programs, vendor onboarding, and strategic sourcing initiatives AI-First Finance Transformation - Define the AI Vision for GPP Finance: Develop and execute a roadmap to embed AI/ML capabilities across finance processes supporting the Global Purchasing Program — from spend forecasting and savings tracking to automated vendor financial as
