About the Role We’re hiring a Finance Manager, Engineering to partner with Engineering leadership and support the financial operations of Nscale’s global AI compute platform. In this role, you’ll sit within Finance Operations and work closely with engineering, product, and infrastructure teams to drive financial planning, cost governance, and performance analysis across a high-investment, fast-paced technical environment. You’ll build and maintain models that support operating expense management, headcount planning, and engineering investment tracking, while bringing visibility to key cost drivers across personnel, infrastructure usage, tooling, and vendor spend. This is a high-impact opportunity to help Nscale scale platform development with discipline and clarity. Your work will inform forecasting, resource allocation, prioritization of engineering investments, and ROI tracking on key initiatives, translating complex technical activity into actionable financial insight that supports smarter decisions across the business.
