What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics or business, Bachelor's degree and experience in quantitative role, Experience in tax, finance or a related analytical field, Experience in multiple finance and accounting roles, Experience applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs), Experience in building financial and operational reports/data sets, Experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis, Experience participating in continuous improvement projects, Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field, CPA and experience in tax, finance or a related analytical field, Knowledge of financial controls and procedures
Nice to Have
Knowledge of SQL/ETL, Experience in identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, Experience in solving complex business challenges, Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools, Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, Experience in accounting management in Big Four, Experience working in a fast paced, quickly changing or international environment, Knowledge of standard software including Excel, Access, Oracle, Essbase, SQL and VBA skills, Experience using customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills, Proven track record of sound decision making, Ability to dive deep into data, existing processes, people and technology challenges, Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects, Track record of having earned the trust of a leadership team
What You'll Do.
Represent the EMEA Accounting team
Lead meetings with senior management
Implement and maintain review mechanisms
Drive standardization of processes and controls
Ensure highest integrity of financial reporting
Partner with stakeholders for end-to-end reporting
Deliver functional projects on a cross-country level
Implement best accounting/ controllership practice
Enhance and deepen the control environment
Ensure EMEA Accounting activities align globally
Influence and articulate accounting/ finance terminology
Support internal and external audit processes
Create and drive policy implementation
