Key job responsibilities - Own cost unit economics and product cost of goods sold (PCOGS) for the entire FireTV product line, serving as the central coordination point for all cost line items across horizontal teams - Build and maintain dynamic financial models to support product and portfolio scenario analysis, delivering data-driven recommendations that influence strategic product decisions - Execute comprehensive financial budgeting, planning, reporting, and variance analysis to ensure accurate forecasting and identify performance gaps - Lead automation initiatives using artificial intelligence and advanced tools to streamline critical financial processes and improve operational efficiency - Partner with cross-functional teams including product development, operations, and executives to identify cost savings opportunities and optimize program budgets A day in the life You'll start your day analyzing PCOGS variance reports, comparing actual costs against forecasts to identify trends and anomalies.
