What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years tax, finance, or analytical field experience, Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or related field, 5+ years dissecting financial data, 5+ years leading cross-functional initiatives
Nice to Have
6+ years identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, 6+ years solving complex business challenges with financial models, MBA or CPA, Knowledge of SQL/ETL, Experience with large-scale data mining and reporting tools, Experience with financial systems, Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis

Lead finance support for sustainability regulatory disclosure readiness
Lead finance support for Climate Risk assessments
Track in-force regulations
Synthesize insights from complex data
Calculate metrics relevant to regulations
Own Amazon's climate risk modeling
Present results to VP-level executives
Work with 3rd party assurance partners
Influence strategic decision-making
Build and establish workstreams
Provide cross-organizational insights
Own sustainability financial disclosure metrics
Coordinate preparedness for disclosure for sustainability regulations
Manage Amazon's Physical Climate Risk Model
Estimate financial risks and opportunities from climatic patterns
Socialize sustainability financial disclosures with internal stakeholders
Establish repeatable and scalable mechanisms and processes
