What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8–10 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, Reconciliation, Treasury, Payments, or related functions, Excel and data reporting capabilities, understanding of end-to-end funds flow and reconciliation concepts, accounting and control mindset, Excellent stakeholder management skills, analytical and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
experience in supporting licensing setup, financial structure changes, or large-scale operational transformations, Exposure to payment industry operations, banking partnerships, or regulated financial businesses, tax knowledge, including VAT considerations and understanding of tax implications for regulated financial businesses, understanding of company structure design and tax optimization concepts
