Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related, 8+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience in Colombia, Proven experience with cash flow management, Proven experience with working capital optimization, Proven experience with tax oversight across multiple jurisdictions, command of English (written and spoken)
Nice to Have
CPA/Chartered Accountant (or local “Contador Publico” equivalent), regional or multi‑country exposure, Spanish proficiency, Familiarity with BI/reporting tools, Experience with D365
What You'll Do.
Oversee financial accounting for legal entity operations
Prepare monthly management accounts
Reconcile financial system with local statutory books
Ensure accurate and timely tax reporting
Assist in preparing annual budgets
Submit monthly forecasts
Consolidate and analyze regional P&Ls
Supervise financial analyses
Review sales invoices
Review purchase invoices
Review expense submissions
Liaise with external auditors
Undertake other finance-related tasks
Maintain robust internal controls
Ensure payments are loaded correctly
Lead cash flow forecasting
Optimize regional cash positions
Optimize intercompany settlements
Support hedging/treasury coordination
