What You'll Achieve.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards; Ensure adherence to local, national, and international financial regulations; Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) or similar regulations; Maintain the integrity of the general ledger; Standardize financial processes across business units or geographies; Drive automation and process improvements in financial operations; Ensure financial and business integrity; Ensure regulatory compliance; oversee technical reviews; ensure compliance; provide guidance to internal/external stakeholders; leads the business on implementing the necessary changes; Advocates digital change and process / technology improvements in line with the organizational goals

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
12 years of prior experience working in finance role, team leading experience, accounting standards knowledge, preparation of financial statements, CPA / ACCA or any equivalent accounting professional qualification, Fluent in English language (both spoken and written)
Nice to Have
Experience with SOX controls, Dynamics 365 experience, Bahasa language proficiency
