Must Have
5–8+ years in finance, FP&A and accounting together, Startup or high-growth environment experience, Experience at scaled company, Own financial operations end-to-end, Accounting fluency
Nice to Have
Healthcare industry background, PACE experience preferred, Value-based care experience preferred, Health plan experience preferred, CPA, CFA, Relevant certification
