Key Responsibilities: * Financial Management & Reporting * Prepare and review monthly financial statements, P&L reports, balance sheets, and cash flow reports. * Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing processes. * Monitor hotel revenues, expenses, and profitability. * Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and profitability. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports for management review. * Budgeting & Forecasting * Assist in preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts. * Monitor departmental expenses against budget. * Support department heads with financial analysis and cost management. * Identify financial risks and opportunities. Cost Control & Compliance * Ensure proper internal controls are maintained across all departments. * Monitor purchasing, inventory, payroll, and operational costs. * Ensure compliance with company policies, UAE labor laws, VAT regulations, and audit requirements. * Coordinate internal and external audits. Accounts & Cash Management * Supervise Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Cashier, Payroll, and Income Audit functions. * Monitor hotel cash flow and bank reconciliations. * Ensure timely collection of receivables and settlement of payables. * Oversee petty cash and cash handling procedures. Payroll & Human Resources Coordination: * Review payroll accuracy including overtime, service charge, incen
