Must Have
4–5 years of relevant experience, Hands-on experience in IFRS / Ind AS accounting is mandatory, exposure to accounting, audits, MIS reporting, and statutory compliance in India
What You'll Do.
Oversee the organization’s accounting operations
Ensure accuracy of books of accounts
smooth audit execution
full compliance with applicable laws and regulations in India
Conduct periodic review of books of accounts to ensure accuracy
and compliance with accounting standards
Review general ledger
Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and control gaps
Prepare and present MIS reports on a monthly
Analyse financial performance
and trends for management review
Provide timely and accurate financial data to support business decisions
Handle all types of audits
Act as the primary point of contact for auditors and consultants
Ensure timely closure of audit observations and implementation of corrective actions
Ensure statutory compliance under Indian laws
Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and assess impact on the business
Coordinate with external advisors for compliance filings and certification
