Must Have
experience in financial planning & analysis, forecasting, and strategic finance within a complex and/or global environment, commercial and analytical acumen, with experience in financial modelling, pricing strategies, business cases, and translating complex data into actionable insights, Proven ability to lead planning cycles (AOP, long-range planning, forecasting) and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing cross-functional decision-making through clear financial communication, Advanced proficiency in Excel, Solid understanding of financial controls, reporting standards, and governance
Nice to Have
ACA/CA/ACCA qualification is a plus
What You'll Do.
Lead financial planning
and modelling activities (AOP
providing insights on business performance
and commercial pipeline evolution
Monitor financial and operational performance across business units and geographies
performing variance analysis and identifying risks
and improvement areas
Develop and enhance financial reporting frameworks
and data integration processes (e. g. SAP
OneStream) to enable scalable and efficient planning and reporting
and UK legal entity financial oversight
ensuring alignment with internal controls
and regulatory requirements while contributing to cross-functional initiatives
