Must Have
Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or related field, Demonstrated experience in a similar finance or commercial role, Excel modelling capability, Knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards and Australian tax laws, Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills, Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with tact and diplomacy, High attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to work independently, Understanding of customer contracts, departmental guidelines, and group policies
Nice to Have
Experience with CRM systems such as Case Manager or PRODA
What You'll Do.
Developing financial reports and models to support operational and strategic decision-making
Leading monthly reporting
quarterly board processes
and budgeting/forecasting cycles
Conducting pricing reviews
and commercial modelling
Ensuring accuracy of accounting processes
and financial systems
Managing divisional costs
and debtor management
Responding to ad-hoc reporting requests and supporting audits
Identifying opportunities for continuous process improvement
Educating and mentoring managers to strengthen financial acumen
