This role requires a strong analytical foundation, business acumen, and the ability to influence through data and storytelling. The Finance Manager is a key contributor in a critical environment and may direct the work of others without formal management responsibilities. The senior analyst is expected to use judgment and anticipate change in addition to developing resolutions to complex problems. Further, the expectation the finance professional is that they exert significant latitude in determining objectives of assignment and completes to fruition without supervision. **Job Responsibilities** * Leads financial planning, including forecasting and budgeting * Conducts in-depth variance analysis and identify performance drivers * Develops and maintains complex financial models and dashboards * Partners with cross-functional teams to align on financial goals and assumptions * Prepares executive-level summaries and presentations * Supports strategic initiatives with financial analysis and recommendations * Actively seeks out ways to improve processes and outcomes for the bus
