We're looking for a strategic, analytical, and proactive Finance Manager to partner directly with our revenue leaders to unlock new growth opportunities and optimize performance across our Managed Services and New Business teams. How you will make an impact Be a Strategic Business Partner: Work side-by-side with brand revenue leadership and the broader finance team to deliver high-quality financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across sales, revenue, and expenses. Drive Sales Incentive Execution: Own the end-to-end analysis and execution of sales incentive plans, including sourcing data, calculating payouts, and ensuring accurate seller statements. Build Scalable, Automated Tools and Insights: Design and implement scalable, automated systems and tools to streamline forecasting, compensation, and business analysis processes. Leverage financial systems and AI-based tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency. Champion Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance financial workflows, models, and reporting systems.
