In the DACH region, 6,000+ small and medium enterprises already use and trust fonio every day. In just 1,5 years, we have grown to become the market leader. As part of the operations team, you will build up an operational finance function that acts as an asset rather than a liability. The processes and structures you build along the way will support fonio's rapid internationalization and growth. We are not looking for someone that does repetitive work, but rather for a person who takes ownership, improves and automates processes and builds the financial foundation for the future successes of fonio. Systems & Automation - Roll out and own a lean ERP system, from selection to implementation - Build a clean invoice approval and control process (for incoming invoices) - Automate internal and external monthly reporting – together with the Strategic Finance Lead - Translate everything in finance that's manual today into workflows and agents Planning & Reporting - Operational financial planning with the Strategic Finance Lead and Chief of Staff - Keep weekly cash-flow projections live and accurate - Consolidation across entities - KPI preparation and internal reporting Accounting & Tax - Monthly accounting prep together with our tax advisors - Coordinate tax topics (VAT, corporate tax, payroll, interna
