Our Senior Finance Manager is looking to recruit an outstanding Finance Manager to join their high performing team based in our Head Office in Smethwick. Your primary responsibilities will be to ensure the business requirements for IFRS 16, Capital Expenditure and Leasing are all delivered to an exceptional standard, to drive operational efficiencies within the team and to deliver key business projects. Key Tasks/Areas of Responsibility * Oversee IFRS 16 reporting for UK and Group purposes (including maintaining accurate records within our leasing software) * Prepare detailed financial plans and forecasts related to IFRS 16 and lease commitments * Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and scenario modelling to assist stakeholders with decision making * Oversee Capital Expenditure including reviewing monthly reporting to Directors and Senior Management and ensuring we achieve our year end target * Assist the Senior Finance Manager with all Leasing requirements of the business (to include overseeing tenders with a panel of approved funders) * Review and sign-off of Balance Sheet reconciliations including Assets Under Construction * Assist the Senior Finance Manager with internal and external audit processes / requests ## Qualifications Ideally you will be a commercially astute and fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with at least 3 years post qualification practical experience.
