Full Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead financial planning & analysis for our Advertising business. The role will partner closely with business leaders to drive strategic decision making through financial analysis, forecasting, and performance management. This position requires good analytical capabilities, business acumen, and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders. Key job responsibilities Own end-to-end financial planning process including annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning Partner with business teams to develop revenue/profitability forecasts and track performance against goals Lead monthly/quarterly business reviews and prepare executive-level presentations on financial results and KPIs Analyze business performance, identify trends/opportunities and make data-driven recommendations Build and maintain financial models to evaluate business cases, ROI analysis and strategic initiatives Drive operational improvements in planning processes and financial systems Mentor and develop junior finance team members About the team The Advertising team at Amazon India drives strategic initiatives to maximize advertising effectiveness while maintaining a customer-first mindset.
