The Finance Manager ensures the accuracy, integrity, and completeness of financial results, with ownership of the P&L and balance sheet. The role oversees financial reporting in a non-bank auto finance environment, ensuring compliance with standards while validating system data, reconciling information, and maintaining strong financial controls. A key focus is driving process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency, scalability, and data integrity across the finance function.
