Amazon Customer Service serves as the steward of Customer Obsession across Amazon, with a mission to be unrelenting customer advocates by providing automated and human support while using customer signals to eliminate upstream defects. This is a high-visibility role where you will partner directly with senior and executive leaders across CS to shape financial strategy in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment. Key job responsibilities As a Finance Manager supporting the CS Finance organization you will: - Manage multiple workstreams, executing parallel initiatives with autonomy, balancing subject matter expertise with horizontal collaboration across the team - Lead cross-functional initiatives and independently deliver projects to scale, improve controllership, and creat
