Amazon Flex is at the forefront of delivery operations, owning a significant piece of Amazon's "Last Mile" delivery strategy at current & into the future. The Flex model utilizes independent contractors to help fulfill "ultrafast" customer deliveries from Amazon.com, Whole Foods, and beyond. Our Finance team works closely with Tech, Product & Program Managers to track performance reporting and support analysis for optimization of labor planning, pricing, routing, and expansion opportunities, which help improve safety, customer quality, and reduce costs. With a rapidly expanding scope in Americas (US, Canada, Mexico and Brazil) team and scope, we are looking for a Finance Manager who is a strategic thinker and creative problem solver to support this hyper-growth business as part of the Americas Flex Finance team. This role partners with business leadership to provide strategic guidance and analytic/decision making support for evaluating and prioritizing projects or initiatives. This role will primarily support Flex Operations in Mexico and new programs such as Pharmacy and Supersonic, while also supporting unique one-off projects. You will partner with Flex and cross-functional business leaders across internal Amazon verticals and the Last Mile organization. Be part of the journey in this exciting space and help make history!
