Ensure Alliance products closing activities

Monitor franchise performance

Ensure product competitiveness

Conduct ad hoc analyses

Ensure data relevance and accuracy

Ensure reporting tool consistency

Implement corrective actions

Monitor franchise P&Ls

Ensure P&L accuracy and reliability

Ensure forecast accuracy

Prepare year-end forecasts
