Must Have
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or related field, Experience working with global cross-functional teams, Understanding of US GAAP/IFRS and HGB, Extensive experience in leading end-to-end accounting cycles, Managing audits, Navigating multi-jurisdictional reporting requirements, Proficiency in accounting systems and ERP, Leveraging automation tools and AI to improve processes, Analytical and problem-solving skills, Fluent German and English communication skills

Hands-on experience with advanced finance technologies, AI-driven analytics, Process automation, Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements, Implement scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment
