**At ING we are looking for a Finance Management Reporting and Control Analyst** **Your role and work environment:** We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic **Finance Management Reporting and Control Analyst** to join our **Mangement Accounting********Team** within the **Finance****function** , to help us in our ambition to be strategic partner to ING Spain management and business leaders. Together with a team of engaged professionals, you act as an advisor to various stakeholders (EXCO, Retail tribes, WB teams, COO domain etc.), by delivering timely, rigorous and insightful information and help bring the banks strategy into execution. You help the different teams to make their financial forecasts, track actuals vs. budget, and drive initiatives to improve the forecasts. You also play a key role in the monthly P&L closing process and you build the reports for the monthly management reporting to Head Office and local Executive Committee. Additionally, you will be responsible for producing comprehensive bank strategy reports (MIS, QPC..) that will serve as a key input for critical strategic discussions. **Your key responsibilities:** **** As a Finance Management Reporting and Control Analyst you will: \- Responsible for the monthly management reporting to Head Office. - Build the report for actuals and forecast for: Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, FTEs, etc for Retail Banking (Private Individuals, PriBa & Buba) and Wholesale Banking \- Build a solid network with Global Finance colleagues to ensure smooth collaboration and communication \- Ability to produce strategic management reports (QPC, MIS) and effectively coordinate with stakeholders across the bank, synthesizing information, comparing actual results against established targets, analyzing deviations, and providing value‑added, insightful commentary to support both the reported figures and the bank’s overall strategic objectives \- Coordinate with the Financial Accounting area for the actuals monthly closin
