What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8+ years of progressive finance experience in FP&A, 5 years in a leadership role, Minimum 2 years supporting C-level executives in a strategic finance capacity, Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
Nice to Have
MBA or CPA preferred, Experience in a complex, matrixed organization, preferably in AEC or consulting sectors, Familiarity with IFS and Onestream is a plus

Lead business partnerships across markets, regions, practices; Partner effectively with a decentralized, global Finance organization; Trusted partner to Design Group President & CFO; Collaborate with the BW Global FP&A group

Develop insightful and persuasive presentations; Build communication strategies and materials; Effectively communicate at all levels; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Advanced story telling abilities
Process & Methodology
Manage and prioritize large and dynamic workload, Own and drive a timeline, Deliverables, Communicating results, Demonstrated success in project execution
