Full Job Description
**Role Overview** As a Finance Intern, you will gain hands-on experience across financial planning & analysis, financial control, and reporting. Working within the Finance division, you will support both the FP&A and Financial Control & Reporting teams — contributing to management reporting, financial analysis, and control processes in a fast-paced digital banking environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Support the preparation of monthly management reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior stakeholders. * Assist in monthly performance analysis, including variance analysis against budget and prior periods. * Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations and journal entries. * Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements and regulatory reports. * Provide support during budget and forecast cycles, including data consolidation and coordination with relevant teams. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs for planning, reporting, and data submission. * Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency in planning and reporting cycles. * Perform ad hoc analysis and tasks as required to support the finance team. **Requirements** * Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field. * Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables); PowerPoint is an advantage. * Familiarity with financial modelling, financial systems, or data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus. * Good communication skills with the ability to present data clearly and work collaboratively. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment. * Eagerness to learn across both planning and control functions. **What We Offer** * Broad exposure across financial planning, reporting, and control processes in a licensed digital bank. * Mentorship from experienced fin
