This role ensures harmonization of financial systems, processes, and controls across the enterprise. It requires strategic oversight, hands-on execution, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless consolidation and operational efficiency in a highly regulated industry. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Strategic Planning & Execution** * Assist with end-to-end finance integration during acquisitions, including due diligence, post-close execution, and policy alignment. * Help develop and manage integration plans, budgets, and timelines. * Support with internal controls, compliance and risk management * Serve as the secondary day-to-day analyst for all integration activities.
