Must Have
Fundamental knowledge of MIS reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes, Practical experience in financial analysis, ratio analysis, and variance reporting, Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards, etc. ), Basic understanding of accounting principles and reconciliations, attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, 1–2 years of experience in MIS, FP&A, or other finance roles is preferred for MBA / B. Com / BBA / Other graduate applicants, Excel skills and a solid background in data analysis, Candidates interested in transitioning into a core finance and business insights role rather than pure accounting
Nice to Have
Fresh graduates or individuals with limited experience in MIS Reporting will be considered for CA Inter / Semi-qualified CA candidates
