Your mission is to partner with the business to drive strategic commercial decisions incorporating an end-to-end view while simplifying how we operate daily and ensuring that every decision supports the sustainable growth of the company. In this role, you will lead a team of 5 professionals and report directly to the Finance Manager as their strategic sparring partner while collaborating closely with the Sales and Marketing teams. **The Opportunity:** * Coach and mentor a team of 5 Finance Enterprise Partners to accelerate their development and drive high performance. * Drive operational change by challenging old habits, simplifying and continuously improving team processes, and maintaining lean, fit‑for‑purpose governance and risk-compliant financial practices. * Support commercial growth by partnering with the commercial organization on product launches, customer pricing, and evaluation of commercial opportunities to ensure sustainable business outcomes. * Drive P&L and performance improvements by proposing and scaling initiatives (upselling, efficiency and waste reduction, risk mitigation) and leading sales planning and reporting in close collaboration with the Performance Finance Enterprise Partner Lead, including monitoring results and advising on corrective actions to meet financial objectives. **Who you are:** * U
