We are looking for a **Finance Enterprise Partner (FEP) at Roche Diagnostics** to serve as key business partner to the commercial organization and report to Finance Enterprise Partner Lead. As a FEP, you leverage your in-depth business understanding combined with financial expertise in driving initiatives forward that are critical to delivering our commercial strategy. The FEP builds networks across the organization (including the Finance Excellence Partner), to share best practices and co-create solutions that generate value for the affiliate, the enterprise and the customer. As FEP, you are a trusted thought partner to business stakeholders and have close contact with customers, where you will ensure efficient resource allocation and maximum impact along the customer journey. ****Key Responsibilities**** * You partner with the business and support or co-lead touchpoints alongside the customer journey with an enterprise mindset. * You balance resource allocation across competing priorities and provide advice on financial implications of proposed business activities. * You are a key partner for developing a coherent affiliate commercial strategy as well as commercial business related processes such as business planning, opportunity prioritization and creative strategies for revenue generation. * You ensure financials are on track to achieve targeted business results and metrics, or advise on deviations and corrective actions. * You participate in FEP
