What They're Looking For.

Must Have

10+ years of progressive FP&A, 5+ years in a business partner capacity, Experience in a Fund Administration business or high-growth SaaS or FinTech environment, Deep expertise in budgeting, forecasting, headcount planning, and variance analysis, financial modeling skills, including scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, and cohort-based revenue modeling, Solid understanding of SaaS metrics: ARR, NRR, GRR, CAC, LTV, payback period, gross margin, and contribution margin, Experience partnering directly with department leaders outside of Finance, Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

Experience supporting Fund Administration, Professional Services, or Customer Success organizations, Experience with modern FP&A platforms (Pigment, Adaptive, Anaplan, or similar), Familiarity with headcount planning tools (e.g. TeamOhana, Workday, HiBob, or similar), CPA or CFA credentials, MBA or relevant advanced degree, Exposure to private markets, alternative asset management, or wealth technology, Experience contributing to board reporting, investor materials, or M&A diligence processes

Lead annual budget process

Own monthly forecast updates

Maintain accurate headcount forecasts

Own monthly Budget vs. Actual process

Review and validate actuals

Build and maintain dashboards

Contribute to GAAP revenue forecasting

Perform gross margin analysis

Model financial impact of pricing changes

Support revenue planning processes

Maintain and improve department models

Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives

Support FP&A infrastructure buildout

Identify process streamlining opportunities
