The Finance Director carries full end-to-end responsibility for the Dutch finance function and has a dotted line to the Finance Director Europe of Belron International. Beyond the national scope, the role has a meaningful interface with the broader Belron group at Eurozone and global level, contributing to initiatives including digital finance transformation, sustainability and alignment of financial standards. This is not a traditional finance leadership role. Carglass is looking for someone who combines sharp financial expertise with genuine business partnership — a leader who thrives on influencing peers, challenging assumptions and translating financial insight into strategic direction.
