Must Have

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, Professional accounting qualification (or working towards one), Minimum 5 years’ experience in finance roles, Experience in financial management, budgeting, and reporting, Experience managing multi-project or multi-donor budgets, Experience working with financial systems and large datasets

Nice to Have

Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent), Experience with donor-funded programmes, Experience working with local partners and capacity strengthening, Experience in humanitarian or complex operating environments, Advanced Excel skills, Experience with accounting software

What You'll Do.

Comply with Street Child policies

Ensure financial governance and accountability across operations

Support programme teams to deliver activities in line

Contribute to organisational learning

Uphold high standards of integrity

Ensure timely and accurate recording of all financial

Maintain accounting systems

ledgers and supporting documentation

Monitor cash and bank balances to ensure adequate

Manage cash flow planning and monthly fund requests

Ensure all financial records are complete

Review and process payments in accordance with Street

Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with financial

Ensure all financial documentation is properly filed and

Support development of country and project budgets

Work closely with programme teams to ensure realistic

Monitor expenditure against approved budgets and provide variance

Prepare monthly budget monitoring reports for management review

Support budget revisions
