This role sits at the heart of the business — working closely with operations, sales, and leadership to ensure strong financial performance and continuous process optimization. ## Job Description Key responsibilities * Lead month-end closing processes with precision and accountability * Support post-sales finance activities including revenue recognition & profitability analysis. * Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial insight and decision support. * Manage budgeting and forecasting processes * Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve processes * Uphold compliance standards while maintaining a practical, business-oriented approach ## Basic Requirements Your profile * CPA with Big 4 experience (mandatory) * 3–6 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting * Fluent in English (spoken & written) * Strong communicator who enjoys working with people * Curious, proactive, and solutions-oriented problem solver * Comfortable taking ownership while being a team player * Motivated to g
