What You'll Achieve.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and legal requirements; Identify potential risks, inconsistencies, and discrepancies; Ensure readiness for invoice generation; Support revenue integrity and operational efficiency; Ensure accurate application of CPI increases; Ensure timely, accurate, and consistent communication with customers
Industry & Context.
Analytical skills; Interpret complex contracts; Identify errors or inconsistencies
Travel to office for remote roles (onboarding, team events, meetings), Commitment to following information security policies
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Proven experience as a financial analyst, contract analyst, or in a comparable or similar role, computer ability in a Windows environment, with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook), AI Fluency and/or use of M365 Copilot or Claude, Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex contracts rates and data accurately, attention to detail and the ability to identify errors or inconsistencies in contracts
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, Experience with NetSuite, Experience with SalesForce
What You'll Do.
Analyze financial contracts and agreements
Review contract terms
Translate contract terms into billing instructions
Partner with Sales and Customer Success
Manage finance case queues and purchase order requirements
Review and validate contractual CPI increase terms
Oversee invoice delivery processes
Investigate and resolve billing issues
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partner with Sales and Customer Success to support onboarding of new customers; Ensure alignment between customer requirements and internal billing processes
