Experience in finance business partnering, commercial analysis, consulting, or a similar data-driven role, ideally within SaaS or technology environments. Comfortable working with complex datasets and translating them into clear commercial insight and actionable recommendations. 5+ years of experience in finance, consulting, or commercial analytics roles. Financial modelling skills, with the ability to build and present business cases to senior stakeholders. Solid understanding of SaaS metrics such as ARR, NRR, churn, and LTV:CAC. Experience working with large and complex datasets and turning them into business insights. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex analysis for non-finance audiences. Experience influencing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, scaling environment. Active use of AI tools to support analysis, productivity, and decision-making.
