Full Job Description

## Accountabilities In this role, you will act as a strategic finance partner to Product and Technology leadership, ensuring commercial thinking is embedded into decision-making. Your responsibilities include: Acting as a commercial voice in product planning and roadmap prioritisation discussions Analyzing large and complex datasets to identify drivers of ARR, retention, churn, and expansion Translating product and customer behaviour data into clear insights that inform strategy Defining, designing, and maintaining product and commercial KPIs across teams Delivering structured reporting on product performance and financial outcomes for senior leadership Owning workforce and capacity allocation models to optimise investment decisions Supporting segmented product P&Ls and pricing/packaging analysis Evaluating the financial impact of strategic product and commercial initiatives Requirements You bring strong experience in finance business partnering, commercial analysis, consulting, or a similar data-driven role, ideally within SaaS or technology environments. You are comfortable working with complex datasets and translating them into clear commercial insight and actionable recommendations. Your background includes: 5+ years of experience in finance, consulting, or commercial analytics roles Strong financial modelling skills, with the ability to build and present business cases to senior stakeholders Solid understanding of SaaS metrics such as ARR, NRR, churn, and LTV:CAC Experience working with large and complex datasets and turning them into business insights Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; SQL is a plus Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex analysis for non-finance audiences Experience influencing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, scaling environment Active use of AI tools to support analysis, productivity, and decision-making Benefits Competitive salary aligned with experience and impact Fully remote working model F
