What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5 + years of experience in a finance business partner or similar senior analytical finance role, Proven experience with a focus on gross profit and pricing management, Experience supporting both operational and strategic commercial decisions, Fluency in English, both written and verbal
Nice to Have
Master’s or professional qualification, Food, or FMCG, or Production, or Imports industry experience, Advanced proficiency in Excel, Financial experience with ERP and BI tools, Dutch, or Italian language skills

Leading the pricing contribution to the budgeting
Maintaining and enhancing pricing models
Designing and owning a comprehensive price cadence governance calendar
Supporting commercial decision-making through financial modeling and scenario analysis
Leading the re-design of core pricing workflows
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design
Establishing a forward-looking process enhancement roadmap
Establishing and embedding disciplined
enterprise-wide pricing processes
